Stacy Braiuca holds Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Public Health (MPH) degrees, alongside active clinical licenses as an LCSW (MO, AR), LSCSW (KS), and LISCSW (MN) with over 30 years of experience. However, all services provided through stacybraiuca.com, acornapptoolbox.com, 360soulscaping.com, and Braiuca Enterprises, LLC are rendered by Stacy Braiuca solely in her capacity as a coach, mentor, and NLP/MER®/Hypnosis and/or Spiral Dynamics® practitioner—NOT as a licensed clinical social worker.

Because the services provided through Braiuca Enterprises, LLC are strictly coaching, mentoring, and educational (not clinical therapy), these services and digital products are not subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). While we fiercely protect your privacy and confidentiality under our own strict business ethics and GDPR/CCPA compliance, communications and records within our coaching programs are not considered Protected Health Information (PHI) under federal law.

3. Scope of Practice & Educational Purposes Only

Nothing we discuss, share, or provide across our platforms should ever be considered advice—medical or otherwise.   • Mandated Reporting: While coaching is highly confidential, Stacy Braiuca is legally and ethically bound as a mandated reporter. Confidentiality will be broken in cases of suspected child or elder abuse, or if there is an imminent risk of severe harm to yourself or others.

5. Crisis Protocol & "Empathic Suicide™" Clarification

Braiuca Enterprises, LLC utilizes proprietary coaching frameworks, including the concept of Empathic Suicide™. This term is a metaphorical and energetic framework referring to severe boundary collapse, people-pleasing, and energetic burnout. It does not refer to clinical suicidality. Software, "Vibe-Coded" Apps & AI Policies

1. Platform Immunity & Component Provider Disclaimer

When you purchase HTML code, templates, or apps from the Acorn App Toolbox, 360soulscaping.com, or any future applications developed by Braiuca Enterprises, LLC for practitioners, we are acting as a component provider. You (the customer) are the "Data Controller." You are solely responsible for the security, data privacy, and legal compliance (including HIPAA or GDPR) of the environment where this code is deployed. Our apps are general-purpose tools and are not certified as Medical Devices or HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Records (EHR). If you use our app to store sensitive patient data and experience a breach, you agree to indemnify Braiuca Enterprises, LLC against any resulting legal claims.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA) & "Vibe" Protection

When you download or access a "vibe coded" app or digital tool, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the software strictly for your individual or internal business purposes. For specific programs, such as the Seniors with AI initiative, we may offer a "Pay-What-You-Can" grant structure. These grants are awarded at the sole discretion of Braiuca Enterprises, LLC. Are you my therapist?

No. Even though Stacy Braiuca holds active clinical licenses (LCSW, LSCSW, LISCSW) and has over 30 years of experience, she operates here strictly as a coach, mentor, and NLP/MER® practitioner. No therapist-client relationship is formed when you purchase our products or join our communities.

What happens if I have a mental health emergency?

Because we provide coaching and not clinical therapy, our virtual spaces and support emails are not equipped for crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.

Can I get a refund on a digital product or app?

No. Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital code, templates, and workbooks, all sales are final. We cannot "reclaim" intellectual property once it has been delivered to you.

Can I record our sessions or use an AI note-taker?

No. To protect the strict privacy and vulnerability of our community, screen recording, audio recording, and the use of AI note-takers (like Otter.ai or Fathom) are strictly prohibited in our virtual spaces unless you have received prior, written legal consent from Stacy Braiuca.

Can I use your frameworks (like Calmware™) in my own business?

Only if you are certified. Our frameworks, terminology, and methodologies are protected intellectual property. You may not teach them or use our branding unless you have passed official certification through TechSquirrel Academy™ and hold an active, signed licensing agreement.
