Important Notice Regarding Professional Services:
While Stacy Braiuca holds professional licenses as an LCSW, LSCSW, and LICSW, all services provided through stacybraiuca.com and Braiuca Enterprises, LLC are rendered in her capacity as a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental Emotional Release® (MER), and Hypnosis — NOT as a licensed clinical social worker.
These services are NOT therapy, clinical mental health services, or counseling. They are coaching, educational, and personal development services. If you need clinical mental health services, please contact a licensed mental health professional.
2. Payment & Pricing Policies
A. Payment Terms
- All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Payment is due at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
- Payment plans may be available for certain programs with written agreement
- Failed payments may result in suspension of access to programs or services
B. Pricing Changes
- Prices are subject to change at any time
- Current clients are grandfathered at their enrollment price for the duration of their current program
- Renewals and new purchases are subject to current pricing
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
NO REFUND POLICY — ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our services as coaching, educational programs, and digital content delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- One-on-one coaching sessions
- Group coaching programs
- Online courses and digital products
- Community memberships
- Workshops and events (virtual or in-person)
- Any other services or products offered
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all services are rendered upon enrollment and access is provided immediately, making refunds impossible.
Cancellation of Ongoing Services
- You may cancel recurring subscriptions or payment plans at any time
- Cancellation stops future charges but does NOT entitle you to a refund for services already rendered or access already provided
- You retain access through the end of your current paid period
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following circumstances, at sole discretion of Braiuca Enterprises, LLC:
- Technical error resulting in duplicate charges
- Program cancellation by Braiuca Enterprises, LLC before services are rendered
- Extraordinary circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis
4. Scheduling & Attendance
A. Scheduling Policies
- Sessions are scheduled through our online booking system or by mutual agreement
- You are responsible for attending at your scheduled time
- Time zone differences are your responsibility to manage
B. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Minimum 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows forfeit that session
- Forfeited sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Emergency exceptions may be considered at sole discretion
C. Provider Cancellations
- If we must cancel or reschedule, you will receive at least 24 hours notice when possible
- Cancelled sessions will be rescheduled at mutual convenience
- Emergency cancellations may occur with less notice
5. Recording & Documentation
Sessions, meetings, and community events may be recorded for:
- Project documentation and progress tracking
- Training and educational purposes
- Quality improvement and program development
- Creating course content and resources (with explicit permission)
Notice of recording will be provided through:
- Room descriptions and messages (primary notification method)
- This written policy (you are reading it now)
- Verbal announcements when possible
- Other written notifications as appropriate
By participating after notice is given through any of these methods, you consent to recording.

No Guaranteed Results: While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and educational services, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, commitment, circumstances, and implementation of strategies.
Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of your results.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and resources provided are proprietary and copyrighted
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own benefit
- You may NOT share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials
- Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination and legal action
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services and revoke access for:
